Our services

Say Cheez Dental Academy provides education and mentorship programs — including clinical observership, bench-test preparation, application and interview coaching, and continuing-education courses. Programs are consultative: the specific program, schedule, and amount are agreed with you on a discovery call before you commit to anything.

Eligibility and your information

Our programs are for dental professionals and students. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you apply or enroll, and to keep it up to date.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any dental school, program, or examination outcome. Outcomes depend on your background, effort, the requirements and decisions of schools and licensing bodies, and other factors outside our control. We provide honest mentorship and preparation — the results are not promised.

• Letters of recommendation are earned where merited, at the sole discretion of Dr. Sidhu or the supervising specialist, and are never guaranteed or sold.
• Continuing-education credits, where offered, are available through an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
• Visa / Letter of Invitation. Where eligible, we can provide a Letter of Invitation to support an observership participant's travel. This does not guarantee visa approval and is not immigration or legal advice; you remain responsible for your own visa application, travel arrangements, and compliance with U.S. entry requirements.

Applications, discovery calls, and payment

Submitting an application is free and creates no obligation. After a discovery call and a written confirmation of the agreed plan and amount, payment is made through our secure Stripe checkout. Please do not submit payment until you have completed a discovery call and received confirmation. Payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false or others' information, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and program materials are owned by Say Cheez Dental Academy or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and our educational content are provided "as is" and "as available." Our content is for educational and mentorship purposes and is not legal, immigration, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Say Cheez Dental Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
