Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our programs are individual and consultative, the specific amount is confirmed with you in writing before payment. Where your individual written agreement differs from this page, that agreement governs.
How payment works
After your discovery call, we confirm the program and the agreed amount in writing, and you pay through our secure Stripe checkout. A 3% credit-card processing fee is added to all card payments.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit reserves your seat in a cohort. Because cohorts are intentionally small (no more than four participants), your seat is held for you, and the deposit is non-refundable in all cases. It is applied toward your program total.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule with at least three weeks' (21 days') notice before your start date, subject to availability. Requests with less than three weeks' notice may not be possible and may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable in all cases. If you cancel three weeks (21 days) or more before your start date, any amount paid beyond the deposit is refunded, less the non-refundable 3% card-processing fee. If you cancel within three weeks of your start date, or after the program has begun, payments are non-refundable.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a cancellation within three weeks of the start date and is non-refundable.
Card-processing fee
A 3% credit-card processing fee is added to all card payments and is non-refundable.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or reschedule a program for any reason, you may choose a full refund of amounts paid for that program or a transfer to a future date at no extra charge.
Continuing-education credits and certificates
Once continuing-education credits or a certificate of completion have been issued for a completed program, the corresponding fee is non-refundable.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original Stripe payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The 3% card-processing fee is non-refundable.
