Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our application or contact forms, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, country, professional and educational background, exam/application history, visa status, program interests, and any résumé/CV you choose to upload.
• Payment information. When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Card details are entered with Stripe and never touch this site. We receive limited transaction confirmation (such as amount, date, and a reference), not your full card number.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers process basic technical data (for example, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to operate, secure, and improve the site. We use minimal cookies; some third-party features below may set their own.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, review your background, arrange and conduct a discovery call, provide the programs you request, process payments you authorize, communicate with you, keep business records, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases (for applicants outside the U.S.)

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on: your consent (e.g., submitting a form), the performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before one, and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run the site and serve you, each acting under its own terms:

• Resend — sending and receiving form/email communications
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare — site security and spam protection (Turnstile)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Behold — displaying our Instagram feed
• Google Maps — map/directions, where used

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

International data transfers

We operate from the United States, and information you provide is processed and stored in the U.S. and by the providers listed above. By using the site or submitting a form, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, and maintain reasonable business records — typically up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email academy@saycheezdental.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, and the site is served over HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for dental professionals and students. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
